Licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina as a real estate broker and a Licensed North Carolina General Contractor, Margie brings nearly two decades of real estate experience and a passion for helping investors, business owners, developers, and homeowners transform opportunities into successful projects. Her expertise spans commercial office, industrial flex, land acquisitions, investment properties, residential development, new construction, renovations, and construction management.
